Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We currently offer delivery and services across the following areas:

Delivery Options

  • Standard Delivery — Delivered to your doorstep within 3-5 business days.
  • Next-Day Delivery — Available in select areas. Simply place your order at least 1 day in advance to receive it the next day. Additional charges may apply.
  • In-Store Pickup — Ready for pickup at our store once your order is confirmed.
  • Kerbside Pickup — Pick up your order without leaving your vehicle. We'll bring it out to you.

Delivery Charges
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your distance from our service area and the size/weight of the item(s) ordered. The exact delivery charge will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Large Appliance Delivery
For large items such as refrigerators, washers, and dryers:

  • Please ensure clear access to the delivery location (doorways, hallways, stairs)
  • Our team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time
  • Installation service is available separately — let us know if you'd like to add this when placing your order

Delayed or Missing Deliveries
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us right away so we can investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged Items During Delivery
Please inspect your appliance upon delivery. If there is any visible damage, notify our delivery team immediately and contact us within 48 hours at asifmele025@gmail.com with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or resolution.
